2. How can I track my order?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send photos of the item and we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund—whichever you prefer.


6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible at support@dazzlingleds.co  Once shipped, changes/cancellations are not possible.

10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Yes, we do! If you're interested in placing a bulk or wholesale order, email us at support@dazzlingleds.co with your requirements and we’ll provide a custom quote.


11. What is your return policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30 business days (Mon - Fri) return window on most unused items. Items must be returned in original condition. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.
